Wrong or incomplete applications that we unconsciously do in our daily lives can cause this.

Experts list the things that should be considered for those who do not want to wake up tired in the morning;

Stop using electronic devices half an hour before bedtime

It is necessary to pay attention to the use of electronic devices such as computers, tablets, mobile phones. The lights of electronic devices seriously affect the level of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep. Therefore, it may be beneficial to leave all these devices at least half an hour before bedtime.

Eat healthy food
